Grapes are grown in alluvial soils and controlled irrigation. Grapes were sourced from trellised and bush vines and pike dully ripe. Fermentation lasted 7 days. After which wine underwent malolactic fermentation. Further matured for 8 months using a mixture of barrels and staves.
