The fruit is grown under the Cape Town wine of origin classification. The fruit selection comes from 2 parts in the same vineyard block cultivated on weathered shale rock. Resulting in 2 different ripeness levels ensuring freshness expected from Sauvignon Blanc and fullness that is not the norm with Sauvignon Blanc. All fruit is handpicked.
